Inflection Price Point Maximizing Value: An inflection point is a point in pricing that maximizes value without causing the property to shift to unfavourable in the eyes of the market which can cause it to sit for a longer than normal time and resulting in adjustments and a possible lower end value then could have been achieved. To determine this fine balance we take into account Macro and Micro Economics as well as the general trends in the market based on supply and demand.
3. Touch Points (Experience Buyers Have Of Your Home): As a Realtor is an extension of your home and how it is perceived to buyers.
