The South Jingle Pot neighbourhood is located in a scenic valley under Mt. Benson and is very similar to its northern neighbour but slightly closer to the downtown core and is slightly more developed than North Jingle Pot. Mostly rural with its combination of acreages, farms as in the north, however there are several different subdivisions around the West Wood Lake area which are adjacent to the University District. This area is relatively new but you will find recent, newer developments mixed in with a few older ones; prices are a little bit higher than in other established areas.
