A Note on the Market

While you’re out and about enjoying the local scene, remember that the real estate market in Nanaimo is always active. After the busy summer season, we often see a slight shift in the market, which can create great opportunities for both buyers and sellers. If you’re thinking of making a move, connecting with a local real estate professional is key to navigating these changes.

Enjoy everything this beautiful city has to offer this September! From our team at Gillette and Associates, we hope to see you around town.
