Witness History in the Making: The World’s Largest Nanaimo Bar!

Get ready for a truly sweet spectacle! Students at Vancouver Island University are aiming to break a record by creating the World’s Largest Nanaimo Bar, weighing in at a whopping 1,100 pounds! Join them at the VIU Nanaimo campus for free family fun, food trucks, games, live music, and, of course, a slice of dessert history. Donations will support new ovens for VIU’s Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts students. Come witness – and help devour – this monumental Nanaimo treat!
