Get to Know Lower Lantzville

Discover Lantzville: A Serene Community on Nanaimo’s Northern Border. The District of Lantzville, a quaint bedroom community, unfolds in the picturesque landscapes of Lower and Upper Lantzville. Embodying a rural essence more than urban bustle, Lantzville is predominantly residential, known for its generously sized and spacious lots, offering a more expansive living environment compared to central Nanaimo.

The area is celebrated for its scenic oceanfront properties along Lantzville Road and its charming acreages. Currently, Lantzville is witnessing a growth spurt with new developments, enhancing its appeal and gradually increasing property values. Lower Lantzville forms the heart of the district, encircling a vibrant village center. This area boasts a lively community center and an active commercial hub, adding to the neighborhood’s charm.

Lantzville's allure is complemented by its proximity to the amenities of Nanaimo’s North End, which are just a few minutes’ drive away, offering residents the best of both worlds – peaceful, spacious living with easy access to urban conveniences.
