Get to Know North Nanaimo

Discover Nanaimo's North End: A Modern Neighborhood with Breathtaking Views. As one of the newest additions to the city, the North End of Nanaimo is quickly becoming a sought-after location, famed for its expansive ocean vistas encompassing islands like Texada and the distant coastal mountains. This area presents a harmonious blend of housing styles, from older, established homes to contemporary residences. Remarkably, even the 'older' homes here, dating back only 20 to 30 years, are considered relatively new compared to properties in the South End or the Old City.

The North End is a hub of growth and development, responding to the increasing demand for housing with a variety of new developments. This neighborhood is not just about stunning views; it's a community rich in amenities. From educational institutions to shopping centers, from culinary delights to convenient grocery stores, everything is within easy reach. This abundance of facilities continues to attract home buyers, making the North End an ideal choice for those seeking a blend of modern living and natural beauty.
