Step inside this custom-designed home, where timeless European-inspired architecture meets west coast elegance. Gable-end returns, recessed archways, and Georgian-inspired quoining showcase the home’s refined craftsmanship. Hunter Douglas window coverings accent every room, while slate and solid oak flooring ground the space in natural warmth. Beautiful stonework flows seamlessly throughout and extends outdoors to an expansive 600 sq. ft. slate patio.

Inside, 8-foot doors and 9-foot ceilings on the main level create an airy sense of scale, rising to vaulted peaks up to 14.5 feet. A striking wood-burning fireplace anchors the living area, complemented by built-in Bowers & Wilkins and Klipsch speakers and Restoration Hardware lighting.

The kitchen opens directly onto the stone patio, complete with an outdoor cooking station, integrated speakers, and a grand gas fireplace, perfect for year-round entertaining. The main-level primary suite offers a private balcony and ensuite, while two additional bedrooms provide comfort and flexibility for family or guests.

Descending a fir staircase with glass panels—a stunning architectural centerpiece, you’ll find a spacious rec room with wine storage, an additional bedroom, and access to the garage.

Additional details throughout the property include fruit trees, irrigation, and electronic shutters, completing this exceptional residence that blends comfort, sophistication, and west coast beauty, all just moments from Westwood Lake’s scenic trails.

South Jingle Pot: A Blend of Rural Charm and Urban Proximity. Nestled in a picturesque valley beneath the majestic Mt. Benson, South Jingle Pot offers a unique living experience, combining the rural tranquility of its northern counterpart with closer access to Nanaimo's vibrant downtown core. This area is a harmonious blend of the rustic and the refined, where sprawling acreages and charming farms meet the more developed landscape.

Adjacent to the dynamic University District, South Jingle Pot is home to several subdivisions around the Westwood Lake area, adding to its residential diversity. While the neighborhood retains much of its pastoral allure, it is also evolving with the times. Here, recent and modern developments coexist with a few older, established properties, creating a rich tapestry of housing options.
