Upper Lantzville

Vancouver Island and Nanaimo Real Estate

Get to Know Upper Lantzville

Lantzville: Rural Charm Just Minutes from Nanaimo. Nestled on Nanaimo's northern border, the District of Lantzville is a tranquil bedroom community divided into Lower and Upper Lantzville. This area is known for its rural feel, offering residents spacious living with larger lots than those typically found in Nanaimo.

Upper Lantzville is especially sought after for its picturesque views of the Winchelsea Islands and the development of ‘The Foothills,’ a vast 1838-acre, master-planned community. This exciting project includes plans for 730 homes, a vibrant mixed-use village center, and a generous 900-acre park. Despite its quiet, countryside setting, Lantzville benefits from being just minutes away from the North End of Nanaimo, where a variety of amenities are readily available.
