While it sits a comfortable distance from the hustle and bustle of the city's downtown, Cedar is particularly beloved by outdoor enthusiasts for its serene and natural setting.

The area is predominantly rural, dotted with farms and large acreages, offering a peaceful lifestyle amidst nature. Among its prized locations is Cedar-By-The-Sea, a neighborhood known for its picturesque coastal charm. Cedar presents a diverse array of property types, making it an ideal choice for young families seeking tranquility and a connection with the outdoors.

For those in pursuit of luxury, the coastal areas around Yellow Point are home to stunning, high-end properties with breathtaking ocean views. Despite its rural ambiance, Cedar doesn’t compromise on conveniences. Cedar Village Square is the community's hub, equipped with essential amenities like a bank, grocery store, pharmacy, and cafes. Adding to the local charm are nearby restaurants, pubs, art galleries, and the vibrant Cedar Farmers’ Market, making Cedar not just a place to live, but a community to be a part of.
